I teach Japanese to learners aged 10 and above, from beginners to intermediate level.
My lessons focus mainly on speaking, and I place importance on learning through fun and practical activities rather than sticking strictly to textbooks.
For students who love anime or games, we use those interests to study grammar and practice listening and speaking. We often watch anime on Netflix or videos on YouTube to improve both comprehension and conversation skills.
These lessons are ideal for learners who want to improve their conversational Japanese in a relaxed and engaging way.
For JLPT test-takers, we use textbooks when needed, but I also incorporate grammar and vocabulary that can be used in daily life, along with topics that interest the student. This makes test prep more enjoyable and natural.
I use a variety of materials such as original resources, Fun and Easy, CANVA, TRY, YouTube, and Netflix, and adapt my lessons to suit each learner’s interests.
My motto is:
"Learn Japanese through what you love."
When you're learning through something you truly enjoy, it becomes much easier—and a lot more fun.
