I have been an online teacher for the past 4 years in various capacities and grade levels.I specialise in grammer , Business English including workshop training , Conversational English as well as English for travellers. {Business English } My lesson plans for business range from elementary to advanced. The main priorities are focus on using high frequency words at work. #Assist students in learning vocabulary. #Maximise the amount of speaking time for the students. # Give assistance with speaking responsibilities. #Practice the job skills that your students require. #Teach linguistic constructs that are useful. {EILTS} My lesson plans include taking the test and practicing the various portions to ensure that students are fully up to speed with the kind of knowledge they  will need to master to get good marks on their EILTS. {Conversational English} I provide lesson plans for students to learn at different levels. it Is important to cater to students needs and asa teacher that is what I aim to do through my effective lesson plans. My classroom is a place of comfort. Students should be comfortable making mistakes , learning and engaging with me. Each lesson I have taught online , has granted me the opportunity to build life long relationships with my students. My students have also shown 100% improved scores comparatively. I enjoy the challenge of teaching students academically but also helping them to thrive socially. As a team player, I have joined and participated in committees and school improvement projects to help build a better environment for students. I believe no significant teaching is done without a significant student , teacher relationship. I promote TPR- total physical response learning with my beginners, This promotes a brain link between speech and action to boost language and vocabulary learning.
