If you cancel it within 12 hours, the teacher will not make up, reschedule or refund the lesson 🚨 If there are any special cases or urgent situations, please contact the teacher immediately. If the teacher accepts the reason for missing class, the student has to reschedule their lesson within 1 week. 🚨 Basic lesson time is 50 minutes. The teacher can offer 25 minutes, 80 minutes and 110 minutes classes according to student needs. 🚨 If students are not showing up within 5 minutes of the 25-minute lesson, the lesson will be counted as finished. Students are not able to reschedule their lessons. The lesson is not refundable. 🚨 If students are not showing up within 10 minutes of the 50-minute lesson, the lesson will be counted as finished.
