Everyday English made easy with new ways of teaching! 🎓My University focused on modern teaching and more efficient ways to teach any subject and how to include all types of students and their learning styles. 🌟My goal is to make students feel comfortable and to remove intimidation from learning English. 👩‍🏫Because I am a Primary School Teacher in my country, I teach every week day. Studies have shown that adults also learn easier when using the methods to teach children. I use this method for all my lessons. 🎮I like to learn from my students as well. I want to learn Mandarin. Tell me about your culture and beliefs. 👩‍🏫How I teach: 🌟First I get to know about your interests 🌟I do research to find the best methods of teaching 🌟I find a teaching style that suits you 🌟I do mini tests to see what needs improvement 🌟I use modern methods of education to teach 👪 Teach ages 5 to 50+ 👨‍👩‍👧 👩‍🏫 In English I teach: 🌟Conversation (Speaking)🌟 Beginners to almost intermediate will have casual conversations to practice without intimidation. As you improve the conversations will become more topic focused to practice in a more formal manner. 🌟Grammar I like to use games to teach grammar. Playing games makes the lesson more fun and memorable. I also created a help sheet to remind you of common rules in grammar as you create sentences. 🌟Pronunciation (very important) There is no use in speaking English if you do not speak in a way others can understand. I use effective sound exercises to break down words and help with the pronunciation. 🌟Reading and listening I enjoy reading about new information. When we practice reading and listening, we will be focusing on your interests on real life events and test your understanding of what has been read. We will both learn something in this lesson. 🌟Vocabulary Pictures or examples of where these words are used, are the best and most common way to learn new vocabulary. This will also need to include reading. 🌟Exam preparation I will create mock exams based on what your exam will focus on. Then I will create a custom planned lesson to focus on all areas of your exam. 🌟Academic speaking and writing This is for school or university. Only formal English will be taught and careful attention on grammar and punctuation. 🌟Beginners to advanced I have experience working with people who know little to none English. My TEFL certificate has equipped me with the tools needed to teach English at a beginners level up until advanced. 🌟How to improve in your private time As I do research when planning my lessons, I find very useful recourses. Some of these resources do not need a teacher to explain. I will share these resources with you. In your own time you can view them to improve your English. 😎Relax, don't stress😎 I know learning a new language can be intimidating. I learned mandarin and it was very stressful.
