Today we talk about the topic left last time "unconscious bias." in the video of homework, a speaker explained the unconscious bias in a scientific way. She also gave a lot examples how unconscious bias influence recruiters decision. Finally she recommended every one to ask ourselves "So what?" to turn the unconscious bias in to conscious one. A full awareness of bias can then help us to make right decision. After discuss about the homework, we have a new topic about Communication. I found some simple vocabularies like "meanings", "ideas", "thoughts", I thought I know them, I didn't use them in a right way. It's going to be a interesting study about the topic.

The grammar practice in the lesson was pretty cool. Even though I had prepared and reviewed the grammar, there were still fun tricks which lure me into teacher's trap. That was quite interesting. I have to remind myself next time when I am doing the grammar practices. The earlier finding the traps, the more proficient in grammar.
