Yoga is not about addition, but subtraction. The Heart of Yoga shares this wisdom: "The practice of yoga is not about gaining more, but about learning to let go, balancing body and mind, and understanding that the present moment is yoga itself."
Yawen’s classes are beginner-friendly, incorporating simple breath adjustments and focusing primarily on relaxation and stretching. The sessions combine foundational asana variations to cultivate mindfulness and body awareness, along with meditation, gently reconnecting you with your body and uncovering your inner strength.

Class Description:Through the practice of Yin Yoga, we cultivate moving meditation, maintaining mindfulness and staying fully present in the moment.
In this class, each posture is held for 2-3 minutes, inviting you to observe:
What inner dialogue arises?
How does your body respond?
Where does your mind wander?
By slowing down, we learn to listen—to our breath, sensations, and thoughts—deepening the connection between body and mind. Yin Yoga is not just about flexibility; it’s a gentle yet profound practice of awareness, patience, and release.
