👋 Hi! I’m Simone, a 27-year-old Italian 🇮🇹 currently living in Quito, the beautiful capital of Ecuador 🇪🇨 Over the past few years, I’ve lived in different parts of the world—the USA, Spain, Portugal, Sri Lanka 🌍—to deepen my studies (is there a more beautiful city than Santiago de Compostela? 😉) and to teach Italian, both in person and online 👩‍🏫💻 Along the way, I’ve also had the opportunity to teach Spanish and English 🇪🇸🇬🇧, working with students from different levels and backgrounds ✨ 🎓 I hold a degree in Art History and Criticism, which helped me develop a keen eye for language, communication, and cultural nuances, because every language is also a different way of seeing the world 🌐 ✈️🌊 And yes, I’ve also traveled for another big reason: surfing, my greatest passion 😎 👩‍🏫 I have 3 years of experience teaching Italian in person for migrants 💻 and 1 year of experience teaching English online 🇪🇨 I currently teach Spanish at a high school in Quito (CEIPAR), working with students aged 8 to 17 🎒✨ 🎓 Thanks to my academic background, I pay close attention to language, communication, and cultural differences, which I believe are essential to truly learning a language 🌐 💬 My lessons are relaxed, personalized, and engaging, and they are tailored to your goals: 🗣️ conversation 📐 grammar 📝 exam preparation ❤️ or simply the pleasure of speaking Italian 🇮🇹 🎨🎬 I try to make my lessons as interactive as possible, integrating curiosities related to art, history, cinema, and Italian culture 🇮🇹 I truly believe that learning a language is not just about studying rules, but also about entering the way people think, live, and communicate 🌍🧠 Dynamic, authentic, and always personalized lessons ✨
