Here are the classroom rules regarding lesson management. Please read them with a relaxed mind 😊 1) Lesson Time Both 25-minute and 50-minute lessons will end within their scheduled time. The teacher needs time to prepare for the next lesson and personal rest, and also manages translation, consulting, mentoring, external lectures, and content creation. I will make sure the lesson is fun and fulfilling within the given time. 2) Lesson Cancellation (More than 12 hours before) You can freely cancel or reschedule the lesson up to 12 hours before the lesson starts. 3) Lesson Cancellation or Rescheduling (Within 12 hours) If the teacher needs to cancel or reschedule within 12 hours, the lesson ticket will be refunded. If the student cancels or reschedules within 12 hours: -First time: the lesson ticket will be deducted. -From the second time: a half refund (50%) will be applied. After completing your lesson package, you can get one make-up lesson for every 10 lessons. 4) No-Show If a student misses the lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be marked as completed.
