    Our first class has been an incredible experience. I came to Anna to become a better communicator, and I’ve realized that the main challenge is not what I say, but how I say it. In the past, I often overlooked the importance of emotion in communication, but now I understand that speaking constructively and, most importantly, sharing my emotions effectively are essential skills.
