This is a healing course designed for those currently experiencing emotions.
You don’t need to be strong.
You don’t need to feel better right away.
Here, we’re not in a rush to change ourselves.
Instead, we learn to gently notice our emotions and hold space for ourselves.
When you’re willing to pause and sit with your feelings,
they begin to flow—no longer stuck inside your heart.
This is a journey of reconnecting with yourself.
A space where you’ll learn how to softly say,
“I understand you.”
And say it to yourself.
