Please arrange a suitable learning environment for classes to maintain sessions with good quality. 2. Briefly discuss with teacher about your English level and goals prior to class 3. 1st session will be testing the waters, and fully understand your needs and goals to customize materials and lessons 4. Please be on time (max 15 mins delay), if it is considered a no show session, after 15 mins, the session will still be charged as usual without any refunds. 5. If the course needs to be rescheduled / cancelled, please inform the teacher 24 HOURS prior. 6. Cancellation WITHIN 12 HOURS prior the class, student will be charged as usual without any refunds. 7. Cancellation 12-24 HOURS prior session, student will be charged half of session price.
