My name is Phoebe, and I am a Yoga and Pilates instructor.
I hold professional teaching certifications and have accumulated years of teaching experience.
I am familiar with different learning stages and physical conditions,
and I understand how to guide students clearly and safely in an online setting.
My teaching style is gentle and steady.
I place great emphasis on breath, mindful movement, and body awareness.
I hope to support students in building their practice step by step,
without forcing the body,
and to help them rediscover balance and calm in both body and mind.
Sharing the sense of connection and inspiration that yoga has brought into my life
has always been my motivation as a teacher.
Seeing students truly relax during savasana,
and leave class feeling lighter and more energized,
continues to strengthen my passion for teaching.
