*Have been working as an Assistant Language Teacher(ALT) in Japan for almost three years. *Have worked as an ALT in both elementary and junior high schools since 2020. Ages include 7 to 15 years of age. *Can speak primarily in English and Spanish, but I have also been studying Japanese for 5 years. *If possible, I would like to help Spanish learners understand material by explaining it in their native language if there is a language barrier. My goal is to learn Mandarin, Cantonese, and also improve my fluency in Japanese. *My lessons involve combining the use of Spanish and other subjects such as facts about math, science, social studies, history, technology, etc. My philosophy is conversation opportunities can be made if we talk about many subjects other than grammar as well! *My main focus is to help students be able to continue a conversation and improve their comprehension! Talking About Novels, News, TV Programs, and Movies in Spanish(e.g. Harry Potter, Anime, etc.) Teaching Style: 1. Conversation classes will focus a lot on talking about different subjects. 2. Classes will focus on asking questions and being detailed. 3. Homework will also involve writing and speaking about the subjects in the course modules from above.
