My teaching experience is that I used to be a teaching assistant in the American English cram school run by my mother. I helped my mom to grade homework and exams, also tutoring students who are falling behind. If foreign teachers need to communicate with students and need help with translation, I will assist them in translation. I moved to the United States from Taiwan after graduating from elementary school. I attended an American preschool when I was little, and elementary school in Taiwan. I am currently studying at California State University Long Beach(CSULB) in the US, therefore, I am fluent in both Chinese and English. Since I grew up watching my mother teach English, prepare lesson plans, communicate with parents to help students figure out their problems, develop a different teaching method for each student, help students to achieve The GEPT Kids test, and prepare some classroom activities to help students learn English. The above are the reasons why I am interested in teaching and am no stranger to it.
