Class Closure Due to Tardiness: If a student is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the class will be considered completed, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered. Advance Notice for Absences: Students must inform the teacher of any anticipated absences at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class time to avoid the session being marked as completed. Rescheduling Allowance: Students are permitted to request schedule changes up to 2 times for every 5 classes booked. Additional Guidelines: Cancellation Notice: To cancel a class without penalty, please provide at least 12 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class may result in the class being deducted from your package. Teacher Cancellations: In the rare event that the teacher needs to cancel a class, students will be notified as soon as possible and offered options to reschedule or receive a refund. Technical Issues: If technical difficulties arise during a session, both parties should attempt to resolve them promptly. If the issues cannot be resolved, the class may be rescheduled at no additional cost. These policies are designed to ensure a structured and fair learning environment for all participants. Adherence to these guidelines will help maintain the quality and consistency of our educational sessions.
