āļø Always check your connection and devices before class starts.
āļø Cancel the class 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, please notify me through WhatsApp/AT Chat.
šŗ Changes after class or notifications within 12 hours will result in no refund of tuition fees.
šŗ Please communicate and schedule class times with me before purchasing any classes.
šŗ All my classes have no expiration date (unlimited extension); you can apply for class extensions after the expiration.
šŗ Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or change any class; if notified within 24 hours, no refunds or make-up classes will be provided; absence will be treated as a forfeiture of the class with no make-up or refund.
šŗ The waiting time for class is 10 minutes; if you are more than 10 minutes late, the class will be automatically marked as absent, and no tuition fees will be refunded (exceptions may be made for emergencies).
šŗ Any unauthorized recording, screenshots, audio recordings, sharing/selling of notes or class content that harms the interests of students and teachers will result in legal action by Miss Julie. Thank you for your cooperation.
