At thirty, I embarked on a study abroad adventure in the UK, immersing myself in Western psychology, sociology, anthropology, and cultural studies, which broadened my understanding of various scholars and perspectives in the realm of spirituality.

You will also have the opportunity to gain insights from traditional Buddhist mindfulness techniques, closely related to the origins of mindfulness. This course combines my doctoral research with my past meditation experience, welcoming those who seek to regain control of their lives through mindfulness, helping you find your peace, clarity, and inner strength.
