I’ve known Jessica for almost half a year now, and in these six months, I’ve gone through many ups and downs in life, including moments of sadness and despair. I’m grateful to have had her by my side the whole time. We’ve talked about my procrastination many times. My pattern is that whenever I feel pressured, I avoid it, even if it’s something simple, like reading a book for just 5 minutes, but I still couldn’t do it. I really hated myself and felt like a failure, thinking I was useless and inferior to everyone else. I kept asking myself, “What’s my future going to be like? What is my value in life?”
Later, Jessica asked me to start writing a success journal. At first, I was very resistant because I thought, “What success do I have? I have a pile of failures.” But I started trying. Initially, I couldn’t write anything, but slowly I began to find little successes. For example, I’m afraid to talk to strangers, but I tried. Even though I didn’t speak well, I still succeeded. I’m curious about many things but never have the courage to do them. I’ve always wanted to try becoming a paramedic, but I wasn’t sure if I was suitable. Today, I filled out the training form. I can’t say I’ll definitely make it, but I dared to try, and that’s already great.
Gradually, my success journal entries grew, and I found myself becoming happier and loving myself more and more. I have changed so much, and I want to thank Jessica for that.

During my consultation with Jessica, I gained profound insights and invaluable support.
Before the session, I was feeling confused and frustrated about not being accepted into a U.S. graduate program. Jessica helped me precisely identify the core issue:
“It’s not that you’re not good enough—it’s that your career experience is still in the process of building. Rushing it only adds pressure to the application process.”
She gently yet clearly pointed out two key directions I could adjust, which helped me regain focus and clarity for my next steps in career planning.
More importantly, Jessica offered me tremendous emotional support. She invited me to examine the belief:
“Is it really that I’m not good enough?”
and reminded me:
“You’re trying. You’re moving toward where you want to be—you just haven’t arrived yet.”
That sentence meant a great deal to me.
I’m truly grateful to Jessica—not only did she guide me through the practical aspects of planning my next move, but she also helped me regain the strength to keep going, emotionally and mentally.

Thank you, Jessica, for your help during this time. You have guided me in identifying my blind spots and understanding my personality and mindset, recognizing that there is no right or wrong in these aspects. Your suggestion to consciously record and analyze my work content has helped me build leverage for future salary negotiations. Reflecting on my growth and unique experiences has been invaluable. I’m grateful to have someone who listens and shares without bringing in too many preconceived notions about me (such as judging my behavior based on initial impressions).
If I encounter any career-related issues in the future, I will definitely seek your guidance again. I also hope that by the time I’m 40, I can achieve the goals I’ve set and spoken about. 🙂

Jessica is truly amazing! She not only helps to organize my illogical interview answers but also integrates what I thought were just casual chats into my responses, making them closely tied to my personal experiences and strengths—authentic and not overly polished. Jessica is also great at refining and enhancing language, and I’ve learned so much from her! She gave me plenty of feedback on the wording of my CV and reviewed it multiple times. Thank you so much, Jessica, for all your hard work! Every session is rewarding, and through her guidance, I’ve gotten to know myself better. The course is truly worth it!
