My name is Daniela, but I also go by Dani! - Fluent in both ENGLISH and SPANISH - TEFL certified - 5 YEARS of experience My name is Daniela, but I also go by Dani! I am fluent in both English and Spanish as I grew up in Puerto Rico, a territory of the United States. I have been tutoring and teaching all ages since sophomore year in university at Providence College where I graduated in 2015 with an elementary/special education degree. Post graduation I returned to the elementary (primary) school that I attended as a child and taught all subjects for one school year before I decided to move abroad. After passing the TEFL and receiving a certification, I traveled to South East Asia where I taught English in elementary schools including Nongnok Primary School and National Borei of Infants and Children located in Thailand and Cambodia. After my travels in South East Asia I returned home, to Puerto Rico, where I became a substitute teacher at the elementary, middle and high school that I had once attended. After taking a year to travel in Australia (and live in a van for 5 months) I moved to Vietnam where I taught English at a Montessori (Maple Leaf), at various English centers (CEC, IIG) and privately to adults for a year and a half. I am currently teaching English online to adults from all over the world, enamored by the idea that technology can provide such wonderful opportunities to both teachers and students. I have worked with adults on IELTS preparation, business conversations, pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary.
