A reminder to all students: as I have quite many students recently, my schedule within one to two weeks is usually fully occupied. That said, please don't cancel classes arbitrarily without reasonable grounds. 2️⃣ Taking a leave of absence within 12 hours before the start of a class is regarded as “Casual Leave” (be it personal or sick). For students who take a casual leave for the first time within 10 classes, Alvis can let them reschedule the class. For those taking a casual leave for the second time within 10 classes, Alvis will give the student a 50% refund and mark the class as completed. This regulation also applies to the students purchasing 5 classes. 3️⃣ Absence without official leave will lead to the class being marked as completed without refund.
