PUNCTUALITY: Lessons begin at the scheduled time. Please make every effort to join on time. WAITING POLICY: I will wait for up to 20% of the lesson duration: 10 minutes for 50-minute lessons. 5 minutes for 25-minute lessons. After this time, the lesson will be considered completed and cannot be refunded. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING: Whenever possible, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the lesson will be considered completed. Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, up to twice per month, and always within the validity period of the lesson package. LESSON PACKAGES: The 20-lesson and 40-lesson packages are available exclusively for students taking two lessons per week. 20-lesson package: valid for 12 weeks. 40 lessons (25-minute lessons): valid for 22 weeks. BREAKS: The additional weeks included in the package validity already allow for short breaks. Longer breaks can be arranged on a case-by-case basis.
