Gam is a great teacher - she is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She is able to explain the differences in accents/pronunciations from different regions and explain these thoroughly in English. A new language is challenging for me, but she is patient and we have a lot of repetition. Highly recommend.

A fantastic teacher! Emma teaches with such ease and provides a very relaxing atmosphere, she answers every question I have with such clarity it's very easy to understand, brilliant for new learners or people with some basic understanding of Vietnamese. Her classes are always very enjoyable leaving me always excited for the next one!

Explained everything well and was very enthusiastic about teaching. I was a little embarrassed because it was my first time taking an online class, but she was very friendly and explained things when I was confused.

Trial lesson was good overall, really push me to use my vietnamese (great). Speaks a little fast sometimes so makes it hard to understand, but they repeat often. Understand where I was in terms of learning and provided a roadmap

Ngoc Anh is an excellent teacher. She's very patient, and she will challenge you to go out of your comfort zone and expand your abilities by asking you interesting questions and giving you many opportunities to use Vietnamese. She also gives clear and detailed explanations and examples, and is very friendly and fun to talk to!

In this class, Ha provides uniquely effective feedback and targeted exercises. There is a saying in writing that any editor can tell a writer how to create the best story of all time, but only a good editor can help a writer create the best story they can write today. Beginners are doing so much incorrectly that it takes a special skill to prioritize feedback and orient the beginner toward the most impactful and fundamental to improve, to unlock progress and not overwhelm. Ha has this skill.

Emily is a fantastic tutor. I am very busy and sometimes I do not have time to do homework. Emily is very good at being able to identify this and identify areas which I need more time in and tailor lessons for me to continue learning at a constant pace.

Emma can speak very well English and Mandarin which makes it a lot easier for me to raise questions and for her to explain to me well. She is very pleasant to talk to and she provides very compact teaching material.

Josie was very happy to have a long conversation with me, patiently correcting my non-standard Vietnamese, providing encouragement and deepening my understanding of several language points. It was a truly fun and very helpful class!

LONG TIME NO SEE I like the way Giang lead me to review the lesson. Although i actually forgot many things, she is still so patient and teach me again and again. Also, it was so funny that we even talked about relationship LOL She is more like my close friends instead of the teacher. XD I will plan some time to review all the lessons i took in order to be better in our lesson. Still being so confused about tune :( The only thing i can do is to guess and try. Thank you!!!

I'm able to progress really fast with Linh, she already taught me 3 tones and always corrects my pronounciation. It feels very natural to talk to her and she gives many examples of how I can use what I learned!

I did not know anything about Vietnamese before starting to learn with Emily, so I was a little bit nervous when I started. However, Emily is a great teacher, very supportive, efficient and friendly, she is also open to feedback and can adapt the lessons to your needs, making the learning of Vietnamese langage as easy as possible. I really enjoy my lessons with her and I believe you will too.

Emily is very thorough, but doesn't linger. She worked with me to strike the right balance of focus in class and homework. She reviewed my homework and allowed me to repeat again something I was stuck on. I want to give her great reviews, but I worry then she may get too busy. I HIGHLY recommend her and I have an MS in Applied Linguistics.

Linh is an excellent and dynamic teacher. She really challenged me to utilize Vietnamese like a native speaker. Overall, it was a great experience as she helped me correct some of the phrases and pronunciation that needed to be fixed. Cam on em Linh ret nhieu! :)

The best Vietnamese teacher I've ever had (tried 6 or so different ones!). She is patient, funny, and professional. She knew I liked a challenge, so she agreed to conduct all our classes in Vietnamese :) Most teachers I've had will quickly lose patience and just revert to English to get the point across, but Hà knew exactly what I wanted, and she was committed to providing me with exactly what I was looking for. I can't recommend her enough!

My daughter loves her vietnamese lessons...and showing off what she learns to the family. Lilly is a fantastic teacher and it has been wonderful watching my daughter learn so quickly.
