Co Vy was very friendly and adaptable in her teaching style to better help me understand how to do my pronounciations better. She also is good at giving background knowledge on the language in general and it is both interesting and helpful. I feel very lucky to have her as a teacher!

Hannah is an amazing teacher. Granted when I first started learning Vietnamese It was mostly out of curiosity about the language in general. However, Hannah motivates me to want to come back again and again and learn more and more. I have never had more fun learning a language in my life. I highly, highly recommend her as a teacher.

Great first class and very friendly. I was provided notes after class and visual aide during the class. It would be beneficial if there was a recording so that I could refer back to tones and pronunciations.

Hannah is amazing, she has made learning Vietnamese go from being an impossible task, to where I can sound out words within a few lessons just by looking at them. Not only did she make this experience fun, but inspires and motivates me to continue learning.

My little daughter has been taking Ms. Emily's private Vietnamese class for almost a year. She went from speaking little and almost preferred only English to be much more comfortable with Vietnamese. She can read Vietnamese now and had no problem communicating when we visited Vietnam this past winter. Her goal is to become good at reading and able to write.

She knew exactly the direction of the class that the learner wanted and prepared the class materials. She also encourages learners to follow the class well with patience. It is a very suitable class for beginners, and since she is very good at English, beginners can communicate in English.

She’s an amazing teacher! I struggle with autism and she’s very patient and accommodating towards me. I throughly enjoy our classes and even last class when I was sick she still worked with me on the words and pronouncing. Vietnamese is known for being a really difficult language but I’ve done a couple of lessons with her now and I feel like I’m breezing through a lot quicker than the beginning. I was unconfident in the beginning but she’s definitely made me improve so much since our first lesson. I highly recommend her! She even teaches the words and if the North’s words are different she’ll tell you the word in the south and in the north. Super easy to work with and I cannot recommend her enough. 🫶🏼

Emily is a great teacher! I started taking her classes 3 months ago, and have gotten so much knowledge in Vietnamese language. As my first tonal language, it can be a difficult thing to learn, but Emily makes it fun and easy to learn! I enjoy these classes we spend together and I can't wait to be taught more :)

Teacher Tracy can customize teaching materials for students with different levels, and adjust the content of conversation dynamically based on your interest and characteristics. The atmosphere during lesson is relaxing so you can feel free to talk without being afraid of making mistakes. I feel I can improve fast with teacher Tracy's teaching style.

She was very nice and understood my speaking level in Vietnamese and spoke using less complicated Vietnamese so I could understand better which I liked. She is also amazing at translating in English for those that can’t speak any Vietnamese and are just starting out. Cam on chi yêu!! ❤️

Today's lesson for my 3 young kids was too advanced for them, and Lily recognized that they were unable to process the lesson. She connected with me after class to discuss a better way to teach my kids and gave suggestions that might work better. After giving feedback, she will make a new lesson plan that would work better for my 4 yo and 6yo twins. I really appreciate her recognition that the lesson wasn't working well, and her ability to change it up to work better for her students!

It’s really lucky to anyone who have Emma to be his or her language teacher. She is incredibly professional with a huge friendly and patient mind. I’m impressed to her teaching methodology and enjoy every second in the class.

unfortunately, my first lesson was cancelled 30mins before class started. I asked to reschedule but I have not heard a response in the last 3 days. Despite all the good reviews of Hannie, she could be better in organisation and communication in an orderly manner.

Mrs. Duong has been wonderful! I have worked with her for almost a year now, and she is always so kind and patient with me during our lessons. She balances speaking, listening, and written activities, which is helpful. She challenges me, while making sure that I understand throughout the lesson.

Như is a great teacher for Vietnamese. She is fluent in English and is patient and friendly to talk to. She communicates well and she teaches each words meaning which is very useful.

Josie can speak in Chinese fluently and explain useful vocabulary and how to pronounce vietnamese words. She also explains meaning behind individual words which helps for later combining words to form into sentences and other phrases.

Hannie was very patient and taught me about pronunciation for vietnamese and explained the different tones very well. She also taught me different phrases for conversations. I enjoyed her class.
