Renuka is an excellent teacher for Tamil. She helped me understand basic conversation phrases and tenses for Tamil words in the first class, and customized her approach according to my existing knowledge of the language.

Tonight was just full of questions on travel and a public holiday coming up soon. Mr Shyam and I engaged in conversations about world religions because of prevailing events in my country. I am a beginner in Tamil, the course progress is moderate, not to slow and not to pressure. The teacher gives very clear instruction of the grammar rule, which allows me to build a stable grammatical foundation and be able to make easy sentences after class.

She is very kind and helpful. She helped me a lot when it came to my pronunciation. She is also open to different topics to teach and build on what you want to learn first. She is also very flexible on time. She is a really cool Tamil teacher :DDDDDD

Masmilah is really a good teacher. She immediately started teaching after knowing my requirements. She typed Tamil words and sentences for me in English so that I can take notes . I liked her teaching style.

Today was my last scheduled lesson for my package. We went over the structure of the lessons which emphasized the basics in syntax and verb conjugations. I intend to continue lessons with Ms Jasmine to improve my Tamil conversation in different settings until I am thinking in Tamil. I recommend Ms Jasmine as your Tamil or English Teacher and you will see that she has been a classroom teacher. We wanted our little one to learn speaking Tamil and the trial lesson with Ms. Jasmine was so good for my 4 year old where he was so interested to use the words he learnt after the class. Ms. Jasmine was able to handle him very well on his first online class and to make him listen, concentrate and enjoy the class. It was more entertaining with videos, pictures, songs than usual learning which was the best way for my little one. I will surely be continuing the rest of classes with Ms. Jasmine and am sure she will definitely help us achieve our goal and make our little one speak Tamil.

She has the most important ability for teaching. That is patience. Although I had some trouble to enter her class firstly, she told me the procedure without irritation. After lesson, she sent informative information regarding Tamil for me. Very kind. So, I thought she was reliable.

Very satisfied. I am from India and I speak Tamil too (but now in Canada). I wanted my daugther to know my langauge and found this teacher. Sitting alongside daughter (when class was on) permitted me to see the course, follow the material and see my daughter progress. I am very satisfied and would recommend this teacher to others.

Ratnakumar creates a relaxed environment that is conducive to language learning. He is patient and very encouraging and provides support when needed whilst knowing where a students strengths and weaknesses lie.

She is very patient, professional and understanding. My elementary school kid learnt to comfortably say small sentences in Tamil within 15 classes. He was not even close to this when he was going to the local Tamil school for 4 years.

I've done 30+ classes with Jasmine having no background in Tamil or any language besides English. She is very passionate about the language and teaching which makes learning fun. I've done a combination of learning to speak simple conversations and reading which has come easier than I would have expected though certainly a long way to go! Would definitely recommend Jasmine to anyway wanting to learn the language.
